Bob
has a distinguished 30-year career that includes business-to-business,
technology and consumer products advertising as well as retail,
publishing and marketing. He has served as VP of Marketing at Computer
Publishing Services, Director of Advertising and Sales Promotion at
Foster Grant and Director of Sales Promotion for Gillette and Braun
North America.

Lisa a respected reputation in the financial services, biomedical and
health care markets. Campaigns developed with her guidance have won
numerous awards across several industry categories. Her knowledge of
direct mail, e-marketing and tactical planning have delivered results
beyond clients' expectations time after time.

Steve Close, Vice President,
Creative Director
Steve
offers significant creative depth, expertise and strategic thinking to
CCA's clients. He started his career in New York City at William Esty
and later worked at McCann-Erickson. Before joining CCA, he was
Associate Creative Director at one of the Saatchi and Saatchi
agencies—NCI Advertising. He has worked on accounts such as AT&T,
General Motors, Tylenol, New York State Tourism, Coca-Cola, Aetna and
Nintendo.

Alex Nosevich,
Creative Director
Since
graduating from the Maryland Institute, College of Art, Alex Nosevich
has worked as Art Director for a global direct mail and publishing
company and as Creative Director at MMA, a Baltimore based ad agency.
At CCA, he has been responsible for numerous successful advertising,
collateral, and electronic media promotions for clients in the banking,
finance, health care, manufacturing and high tech sectors.

Jennifer Violette brings more than 20 years of strategic marketing and public relations experience to her current role at CCA where she is responsible for the agency's public relations department. Jennifer has worked on national and international PR programs for a variety of technology, financial, healthcare, legal and non-profit organizations. Her specialty areas include launching products to market and repositioning companies. Jennifer has managed PR programs for Xerox, Lotus, Parametric Technology, BBN/AT&T, GROUP Software and many others.

Steven Halling,
Senior Brand Strategist
Steven brings an intense curiosity for understanding a business and its customers to his role at CCA. His unique balance of skills gives him the ability to think strategically, while working outside of the box. Steven has 12+ years of corporate experience with brand strategy and 8 years of working with leading creative agencies. He has worked with organizations such as IBM, Fidelity, Cognos, Lotus Development, Coca-Cola, NASA and the Smithsonian Institute. Steven is also the current President of the American Marketing Association’s Boston Chapter.
