THEN+NOW: The transformation of our new headquarters.
By Todd Stephany, creative director
It has taken two intense years to turn what was a 1920s-era automotive manufacturing plant into the new headquarters of CommCreative. And it was worth every effort. Today, 75 Fountain Street is more than just a building. It’s a state-of-the-art facility engineered to generate the big ideas that push our clients’ brands to the forefront of their industries.
The entire building was overhauled, including the front entrance. The doors alone tell you something cool is happening in here.
Just inside the front entrance, now the Factory Mark Gallery, looking back toward a common area. Warm. Spot-lit. Creative.
Original artwork is highlighted throughout the agency. These three paintings in a redesigned common area are by our own Lisa McCarthy.
View from a front common area looking back toward the front entrance—what is now the Factory Mark Gallery for emerging and re-emerging artists.
What was a cold and industrial space is now warm and inviting—as one of our agency pooches, Effie, can attest.
The top-floor kitchenette was dated and in a state of disrepair. It was completely renovated, and now makes for a fantastic place to get caffeinated.
