Experian QAS Direct Mail
Experian QAS has always viewed the task of updating and maintaining customer contact information as a struggle of epic proportions. CommCreative’s assignment was to create a direct mail piece that personified this struggle, pitting the “superheroes” (Experian QAS’s solutions) against the forces of data evil, such as incomplete, outdated and duplicated information.
Our solution was to create a comic book where three superheroes representing a different Experian QAS solution do battle with three of the most common problems that lead to poor data. Through the narrative of the comic, the target audience learns what the problems are, how they could affect their organization’s bottom line, and what steps they can take to ensure their data is as clean as possible. The final panel of the comic directs readers to a microsite where they can learn more.
The comic was sent as a direct mail piece and also converted into a poster for display at trade shows. The campaign has been a big success for Experian QAS, raising their profile among the target audience and attracting many new leads.
