Jenzabar Brand Strategy, Website and Collateral

Jenzabar provides academic and administrative software and solutions for higher education institutions. Although a leader in the industry, Jenzabar felt they were losing ground to competitors because they were incorrectly perceived as a stodgy, old tech company.
CommCreative was retained to help rebrand the company and apply our recommendations to a new website. The branding process began with a discovery meeting among key marketing and sales personnel. Through open discussions and exercises, CommCreative discovered that Jenzabar’s technology was a strength, not a weakness. Plus, recent mergers among competitors had led to uncertainty in the industry, which played to Jenzabar’s stability and clear vision for the future.
CommCreative then set to work designing a website that would act as a lead generation tool and a platform for this new “technology with vision” messaging. The website includes a large, visually striking messaging area populated with real client testimonials that speak to Jenzabar’s tech leadership and strong customer service. The content area below features an innovative window shade treatment for the News & Events and Case Study sections.
Finally, the entire website is designed to be responsive to whatever device on which it’s displayed. View it on a large monitor, and the background extends across the browser window. View it on a smart phone, and the content collapses into a single column to improve readability.
