Digital Marketing Director

CommCreative is seeking a Digital Marketing Director who is passionate about aligning clients’ and prospective clients’ business goals with smart, effective, and innovative digital strategies, and putting those strategies into action.

This director will be instrumental in the management, implementation, and ongoing optimization of integrated programs for CommCreative’s national and international client base.

This person will be primarily responsible for:

  • Leading a digital department consisting of a web director, senior web developer, junior web developer, senior digital marketing manager, digital associate, and interns. Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Director’s leadership role will be:
    1. Project driving, prioritization, and delegation for digital strategy and implementation.
    2. Direct client work, including:
      • Report-building and delivery.
      • Digital report and strategy presentations.
      • Build-out of programs on multiple channels
    3. Assurance of digital projects’ correspondence with respective goals, strategies, timelines.

Design Intern

Support creative staff as a graphic designer on a variety of projects including layouts, edits, presentations for new and existing clients, print and digital campaigns. The internship will provide a wide variety of real-world creative experience for an intern who is serious about their career goals. The internship will be overseen by creative department supervisors. All creative staff members will engage and mentor. The intern will spend time one-on-one with Digital Associate Creative Director, Production Manager/Designer, Art Directors/Designers and Creative Directors to learn each role as it relates to graphic design, helping to determine the role(s) they may aspire to.
