CommCreative is a growing full-service advertising agency partnering with regional and global B2C and B2B clients. We are looking for a resourceful self-starter to join our strategy team as a media buyer. In this role, you will negotiate and plan media for our clients, as well as be responsible for the execution of day-to-day account activities. You will also support and guide projects through the strategy department to deliver superior client service and added value at every stage.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and present engagement strategies and media recommendations
  • Lead audience, competitive and media research
  • Oversee the day-to-day project management of client deliverables
  • Assist in the build of strategy presentations for new business pitches and existing clients
  • Manage media budgets and purchase the correct inventory at the correct price to successfully hit campaign delivery, KPIs and profit margin goals
  • Regularly develop campaign reports, monitor metrics, evaluate delivery and performance
  • Work with internal teams on campaign adjustments and optimizations towards campaign success and KPIs
  • Understand the client's products, brand and help drive account strategy

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 2-3 years of media planning and buying experience across all channels
  • Working knowledge of third-party software: specifically, DoubleClick and Google Analytics
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • B2B and B2C client experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to present ideas and gain consensus and support
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High-energy and a positive attitude

We are looking for a resourceful self-starter to join our strategy team. The right individual will have a solid background in demand generation strategy but has the desire to evolve into a true marketing strategist launching full-funnel and multi-faceted campaigns in a mix of industries and budget levels.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present engagement strategies, media strategies and marketing communication strategies that will hit projected KPIs and revenue targets
  • Regularly develop campaign reporting to monitor metrics, evaluate delivery and performance indicators
  • Work with internal teams on campaign adjustments and optimizations towards campaign success and KPIs
  • Understand the client's products, brand, market and help drive account strategy
  • Enthusiastically, clearly and intelligently detail and communicate strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
