CommCreative, a thriving Boston-area full service advertising agency, is looking to add a multifaceted, multi-talented, multi-tasking, art director to our creative team.

The digital designer establishes the conceptual and stylistic execution for projects and campaigns and will need to work with the creative team on all design solutions across all mediums, with a focus on digital (websites, landing pages, email templates, banner, etc.), branding (color palettes, logos, etc) and video. Candidate must have strong digital design skills. Awareness of best UX principles for websites, landing pages, emails, banner ads, etc. is welcomed; however, this is NOT a programing position. Knowledge of html /After Effects is a plus, but not a requirement.

Additionally, the candidate must be completely comfortable with the Adobe software suite. Experience creating storyboards for videos a big plus.

 

Must-haves:

  • Minimum of 5 years digital art direction experience (agency experience required)
  • Ability to work (and thrive) in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work on a very wide variety of clients.
  • Nearly complete mastery of Adobe software, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience designing in Sketch and/or Figma
  • Talent for photo and art research; eye for photo styling
  • Comfortable presenting to clients
  • Passion for the industry and for staying on top of new trends
  • Desire to nurture more junior art directors and designers
  • Experience working on both B2B and B2C accounts

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with After Effects and Premier
  • Experience creating client-winning presentations in MS PPT or Apple Keynote
  • Talent for animation

The right individual will have a solid background in demand generation strategy but has the desire to evolve into a true marketing strategist launching full-funnel and multi-faceted campaigns in a mix of industries and budget levels.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present engagement strategies, demand gen plans, media strategies and marketing communication strategies that will hit projected KPIs and revenue targets
  • Regularly develop campaign reporting to monitor metrics, evaluate delivery and performance indicators
  • Work with internal teams on campaign adjustments and optimizations towards campaign success and KPIs
  • Understand the client's products, brand, market and help drive account strategy

The project manager is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling a large volume of assignments and can both lead a team and act as a team player. The PM consistently looks for improvements in workflow that result in effective and efficient delivery no matter the project type.

You’ll need all your project management skills, including your knowledge, tools, and special ninja moves to move projects through the agency to a successful completion.

CommCreative, a strategically minded, creatively fueled marketing agency, has an opportunity for an Account Management Intern to join our team. The Account Management intern will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation process for all client projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with driving essential account operations that will manage and organize account business; advocate and become authority on your client’s business

  • Work with Strategy, Creative and Digital teams to ensure that all work is strategically sound, on-brief and reflects project objectives

The Data & Analytics intern will act as a full member of the Data team, gaining valuable firsthand experience in the full data lifecycle, from strategy, tagging to reporting and optimizations. The Data & Analytics intern will report directly to the Director of Data & Analytics but will collaborate cross-capabilities with our PPC, Social, Media, SEO and Strategy teams.

This role is ideal for a puzzle solver who enjoys a challenge and seeing projects through from beginning to end. There will be no “busy work” involved with this internship – all experience will be directly transferrable to your future career, gaining experience in a wide array of client industries within the spaces of health care, technical software, technology, senior living and utilities!

 

Key requirements:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with simple Excel functions (pivot tables, VLookups, IndexMatch, etc.), but most importantly, the ability to be independent and desire to learn new skills. Experience in the following would be a plus, but not necessary:

  • Experience in creating website tags, placing pixels, and tracking codes in Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to navigate Google Analytics and pull high-level reporting
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio to present reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as an ability to be client-facing and collaborate effectively within the CommCreative digital team
