As a member of the Account Services Department, you’re responsible for:

  • Managing and owning the relationship between the agency and the client
  • Meeting with clients to take requests, present strategic recommendations, and give feedback to internal agency teams
  • Ensuring client work is driven through the agency on time, on budget, and on strategy
  • Billing projects and writing SOWs for existing clients
  • Representing the best interests of the client within the agency


Our team contributes to CommCreative by managing our client accounts and knowing the best way to approach a client’s challenge or objective. You’re responsible for helping the Account Services team successfully manage accounts and maintain client business and engagement.


You must be:

  • Collaborative: Marketing problem-solving takes working with other departments to truly understand a client’s needs, make recommendations, and execute in a strategic manner.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Essential account operations that manage and organize account business
  • Collaborating with clients to suggest and orchestrate client projects in our agency
  • Working with the Strategy, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure that all work is strategically sound, on-brief, and reflects project objectives and client goals
  • Delivering creative briefs in collaboration with agency leaders that will inform our teams with valuable insights that will drive successful projects
  • Understanding, consolidating, and interpreting client feedback that will direct project success for our internal agency teammates
  • Demonstrating attention to detail across all account functions
  • Organizing and prioritizing client deliverables, both externally and internally
  • Maintaining responsibility for all financial processing across projects, including hours reporting and client profitability
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Developing solid working relationships with the Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Social teams and managing accordingly
  • Prioritizing projects and meeting strict deadlines



  • 5+ years’ experience in agency Account Management or similar
