If you’re passionate about beginning a career in advertising, we’d love to be your first step. We’re offering a compensated, remote hybrid program lasting 4–6 weeks with an opportunity to extend. CommCreative has projects. A lot of them, every day. We need an ambitious project management intern who can help bring these jobs to life, guiding them from initiation, planning and budgeting through final execution.

The ideal project management intern is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling a large volume of assignments, and can help to both lead a team and act as a team player. The PM intern consistently looks for improvements in workflow that result in effective and efficient delivery no matter the project type.

You’ll need all your project management skills, including your knowledge, tools, and special ninja moves to move projects through the agency to a successful completion.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to organize people, projects, and information
  • Assisting with the assurance that projects are completed according to schedule and budget
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure deliverables are understood and that milestones are met on time and with consistency and accuracy
  • Be a champion of understanding the agency processes
  • Assure internal communications are disseminated to all appropriate team members
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and maintain project documents, including timelines, project status, internal processes, and deliverables for each client’s program

Job Requirements:

  • Currently a senior pursuing a degree related to Marketing, Advertising, or General Business
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience managing and working with cross-functional teams in past positions or on school projects
  • Ability to create and follow a well-defined project plan
  • Excellent consensus-building skills
  • Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Responsive and focused follow-up skills
  • Above average organizational abilities
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting demands and opportunities

The Data & Analytics intern will act as a full member of the Data team, gaining valuable firsthand experience in the full data lifecycle, from strategy, tagging to reporting and optimizations. The Data & Analytics intern will report directly to the Director of Data & Analytics but will collaborate cross-capabilities with our PPC, Social, Media, SEO and Strategy teams.

This role is ideal for a puzzle solver who enjoys a challenge and seeing projects through from beginning to end. There will be no “busy work” involved with this internship – all experience will be directly transferrable to your future career, gaining experience in a wide array of client industries within the spaces of health care, technical software, technology, senior living and utilities!

 

Key requirements:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with simple Excel functions (pivot tables, VLookups, IndexMatch, etc.), but most importantly, the ability to be independent and desire to learn new skills. Experience in the following would be a plus, but not necessary:

  • Experience in creating website tags, placing pixels, and tracking codes in Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to navigate Google Analytics and pull high-level reporting
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio to present reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as an ability to be client-facing and collaborate effectively within the CommCreative digital team
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Persistent attention to detail

You’re reading this because you love writing, you’ve seen a ton of movies, and you’re probably really good at trivia too. So, you’re thinking, “I should become a copywriter,” but wondering where you can get your foot in the door. Well, this is more than just a foot in the door. We’re offering a three-month internship in which you’ll be immersed in our entire agency process. You’ll see how projects go from the brief to live in the world. You won’t just be writing body copy for websites. You’ll be molded into a successful creative writer.

As an intern in the Creative department, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with great work that solves the marketing problems of our clients – and gets results

  • Executing our ideas effectively across all relevant mediums

As a copywriting intern at our agency, you’ll be responsible for helping the creative team deliver their contributions to client projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate ideas with creative mentorship based on assignment
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers and other creative team members
  • Expand on ideas and execute across mediums
  • Work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Competence in grammar and writing style
  • Curiosity
